The Western Returned Students' Association, established in October 1913 serves the purposes of carrying on patriotic traditions, uniting students who have returned from their studies in Europe and America, maintaining contact with overseas students and their relatives, strengthening friendship, exchanging experience and jointly working for the rejuvenation of China and the unification of the motherland.
